Immediately after it was confirmed that Putin would remain Russia’s new-known president, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted, calling Putin a «man drunk on power who wants to rule forever.»
The Ukrainian leader does not miss an opportunity to criticize Putin. Zelenskyy emphasized that Putin shamelessly faked another election.
There is a lot of talk in the world about how democratic the elections are in Russia and whether Putin really enjoys such popularity within the country.
It is hard to believe, considering that more and more Russians are reacting to Putin’s actions, and everything seems to indicate that they are not satisfied with the current situation.
Russians are under siege, locked in, but still they resist and do not allow sanctions to undermine their economy or the state of the country.
It will be interesting to follow the situation in this country closely, especially what is happening internally. We do not have much information or comparable details about whether the citizens are really satisfied with the work of the government, given the well-managed propaganda coming from Russia.
We hope that this war can finally come to an end and that peace will soon prevail. The heavy toll that this conflict is taking is not what the world wants to see.
After his election victory on Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent cryptic messages to Russia, Europe and the world. Of course, the most interesting topic for many is the war in Ukraine, considering that this war has been going on for two years now, with no signs of peace. Vladimir Putin mainly responded to the statements of French President Emmanuel Macron that France might send troops to Ukraine.
The Russian leader had a clear and direct response to Macron’s statement:
«I believe that everything is possible in today’s world and it is clear to everyone that this would be a step away from a full-scale Third World War,» – Putin said-, at a time when in front of the world everything seems to be stable and even growing in economy within the Russian borders. Apparently, war, has not bottomed out in either of the two countries in confrontation, however, all this may be an enigma that is causing the bubble to continue to fill with air….

With this victory, Vladimir Putin has secured the presidency until 2030, thus breaking all forecasts for this president. Putin became president in early 2000.
In his recent triumphant speech, Putin emphasized that history repeats itself, expressing his happiness that he will continue his work in the future. And he is glad that the citizens of Russia have recognized his dedication and love for the homeland.
«History repeated itself. «Dear friends, it is a great pleasure tonight to be with members of my team, with members of my team, people who think alike, who have the same goals.
The votes of all citizens of Russia express the united will of the Russian Federation.» -Putin exclaimed – in the speech offered to the nation after the confirmation of a new mandate until 2030.
Recently, there has been much talk about the presence of NATO soldiers in Ukraine. Putin confirmed such claims, stressing that the soldiers have noticed that the troops speak English and French.
Putin believes that this will not bring NATO any good, especially given that its soldiers are dying on the front lines in large numbers.
Vladimir Putin confirmed that he is ready to negotiate. He is not happy with the statements of the French president and believes that Macron should make more efforts for peace than just talking about the possibility of sending troops.

Vladimir Putin confirmed that Russia is ready for peace talks. For him, it is imperative to achieve peace, but a lasting peace that will last for years, not just a few years.
The Russian president also reacted to the statements of American leaders and citizens about the elections in Russia, which they consider unfair. For his part, the Russian leader noted that the whole world is laughing at the United States because of the political developments inside the country.
He emphasized that the situation inside the United States is anything but democratic.
All this in the context of the recent accession of Sweden and Finland to NATO. Finland joined last April 4, the Nordic country became the 31st member of NATO starring the shortest accession process in history and Sweden officially joins NATO on Thursday, March 7 this year, becoming the second new member since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
The chess pieces keep moving, and political declarations in the East and West continue to follow one after the other, while world tensions seem to keep rising uncontrollably day by day.
It is like standing on a powder keg that could spark at any moment.
