Trump stated that Iran’s nuclear arsenal had been «completely and totally destroyed» following the bombing of the facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.
The United States has entered into war with Iran. In a military operation coordinated with Israel, the U.S. Army has attacked three Iranian nuclear facilities this night: Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, which constitute the core of Iran’s nuclear infrastructure where uranium is enriched.
Officials from Saudi Arabia stated that there were no radioactive readings following the attack, an assertion that was also confirmed by the UN nuclear regulatory agency.

The U.S. has utilized B-2 Spirit stealth bombers, which are undetectable and capable of carrying heavy thermonuclear and bunker-busting bombs. Specifically, these aircraft have dropped between five and six heavy bunker-buster GBU-57 bombs solely in their attack on Fordow, an underground base located 200 kilometers from Tehran, according to Fox News citing Trump.

The United States has deployed 6 B-2 Spirit bombers in its operation against Iran this Sunday.
In contrast, the facilities in Natanz and Isfahan were attacked with 30 Tomahawk missiles launched from U.S. submarines approximately 640 kilometers away, as well as from Navy ships, according to Fox.
The President of the United States, who just 48 hours ago stated that a decision would be made within two weeks regarding U.S. involvement in Israel’s offensive against Iran, acted without congressional authorization and without informing the Democratic Party, according to CNN.
Trump does not rule out further targets in the country if Iran does not accept a diplomatic solution. ‘There will either be peace or there will be a tragedy for Iran much greater than what we have witnessed in the last eight days,’ he stated in a televised speech from the White House alongside Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.

The President and Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces stated that Iran’s nuclear arsenal had been «completely and totally destroyed» after the bombing, although there is no evidence from other independent sources regarding the damage to those bases, according to AP.
«Remember, there are many targets remaining. Tonight’s was by far the most difficult, and perhaps the most lethal. But if peace does not come quickly, we will pursue those other targets with precision, speed, and skill. Most of them can be eliminated in a matter of minutes. There is no army in the world that could have done what we did tonight, not even close,» Trump assured in his address following the attack.
Iranian authorities have acknowledged the damage to the entrance and exit gates of Fordow and condemned the attack: «This action, contrary to international law, was unfortunately carried out under the shadow of indifference and even with the cooperation of the International Atomic Energy Agency,» according to a government statement cited by the Iranian agency Merh.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres states that the US attacks in Iran pose a direct threat to international peace and security. On his part, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised Trump’s decision to conduct the attack, asserting that the US «has done what no other country could do.»
Tension in Hormuz and the Persian Gulf
Although tonight’s attack had a limited and tactical scope on the three nuclear facilities, the intervention of the United States signifies an escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel. This is a key region for the world from an energy perspective, as some of the main exporters of gas and oil are located around the Persian Gulf.
