The three involved, two partners and a supporters’ club, were arrested by police in France. The Blaugrana can be sanctioned for this and will be punished for the lighting of flares by their fans.

UEFA has taken note of the Nazi salute made by three Barcelona fans in the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals between Barça and PSG, last Wednesday at the Parc des Princes in Paris, and will make a report on what happened, according to sources from the Barça club.
The same sources explained that the three supporters – two members and a supporters’ club member – were arrested by the police in France and now it will be the highest body of European football that will decide whether to sanction the Spanish club.
Barça will be punished by UEFA for the flares that some of their fans travelling to Paris lit at the Parc des Princes, as confirmed by the club’s own sources. Barcelona, for their part, will refer the case of what happened in Paris to the entity’s disciplinary committee, which will be in charge of sanctioning, if necessary, the two members and the supporters’ club member who made the Nazi salute.
From the opening of a file of these characteristics to the resolution, no more than three months can pass, recalled the sources consulted, who stressed that the rights of the members are affected if the disciplinary committee considers that it is a very serious incident. In such cases, precautionary measures may be applied. A hypothetical sanction may entail a disqualification from membership rights of between four months and two years, as well as expulsion from membership in very serious cases.
