In June 2025 AllSides tabulated the outlets Yahoo News put on the page. Left and Lean Left were more than half. Right was a rounding error.

The last hard count AllSides published of Yahoo News’s mix is June 2025. Of the outlets on the page that already carried an AllSides rating, 19 percent were Left, 34 percent Lean Left, 33 percent Center, 2 percent Lean Right, and none Right. Left plus Lean Left: 53 percent. The right: 2 percent.
A wider sample in April and May 2022 — 588 curated articles and homepage tops — was steeper: 65 percent from Left or Lean Left outlets, 5 percent from the right. The homepage itself, in that window, gave 55 percent of its top stories to left outlets.
