LONDON — The Indianapolis Colts beat the Washington Commanders, 30 to 13, on Sunday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It was the first of this year’s three N.F.L. games in London. The Colts are 2–2. The Commanders are 1–3.
Washington led 6–0 after two field goals. Marcus Mariota was hurt on a sack. Jonathan Taylor then scored on runs of five yards in the second quarter and five yards in the third. Daniel Jones, after two turnovers in the first half, ran in from four yards in the fourth. Spencer Shrader kicked three field goals. Athan Kaliakmanis, a seventh-round rookie, threw his first N.F.L. touchdown, 47 yards to Treylon Burks.
Sky Sports and ESPN recorded the final. Taylor’s two scores and Jones’s run made the difference after Mariota left. The Sports desk files the score.
