Today’s plate runs with the editorial “The Return of the Great Orange Pumpkin.” A figure with swept white hair and a black coat looks down at four children in Halloween costume: a bird-beaked witch, a ghost, a hooded girl, and a small devil holding an orange pumpkin. The moon is at the left. The drawing is whole.

Paco Baca draws for The Rocket News. The cartoon is his, and it runs when he files the plate. This one is filed.
