MEXICO CITY — The third-country policy the Supreme Court just revived has a main destination. Reuters reported that more than 25,000 migrants have been sent to 29 countries under the program, and that the vast majority went to Mexico.
The order on Tuesday lets the flights continue while the justices take the case in December. Judge Brian Murphy had required notice and a chance to object. That requirement is on hold. The Mexico desk files the destination the American wire named. It does not invent a comment from President Sheinbaum that the papers did not print.
