Texas: the wall is going up in Big Bend. First steel in a country that fought it.

The Trump administration has started building the border wall in the Big Bend of west Texas, the Associated Press reported Friday from Comstock. It is the first major construction in a stretch that fought the plans for years. Customs and Border Protection has doubled the pace along the line.
