Meta is testing human contractors behind its Muse assistant. Employees raised privacy.

Meta has been testing a human concierge for Muse, its new personal assistant. Contractors handle some of the calls. Internal posts, Reuters reported, show employees asking what happens to the sensitive material those contractors hear.
