President Claudia Sheinbaum cancelled the mañanera for Tuesday and Wednesday. Fiestas Patrias. Tonight, about 23:00 Mexico City time, she steps onto the main balcony of Palacio Nacional and gives the Grito. The Zócalo will be full. Wednesday is the civic-military parade.
