Russia put 453 drones at Ukraine overnight — Shaheds, Gerberas, decoys, Banderols — from Oryol, Kursk, Crimea and the Azov. Air defense claimed 409. Hits at 13 places. Debris at seven. At least six civilians are dead and 43 wounded, the Kyiv Independent counted Sunday. The War desk files a night that reached the Polish border.

A drone struck the locomotive of a Kyiv–Warsaw train two kilometers from Yahodyn. No passengers hurt. Ukrzaliznytsia evacuated them toward a lake. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha: “This is Putin’s terror, knocking directly on the doors of the EU and NATO. Russian barbarians are at your gate, dear partners.” Poland’s Lublin voivodeship sounded an air-raid warning.

Western cities far from the front — Lutsk, Rivne, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk — took drones in the rain. Ukraine said it hit the TANECO refinery in Nizhnekamsk and Slavyansk-ECO in Krasnodar. The Iran war is the American war this paper has been writing. Ukraine is the other front. Six names and a train at NATO’s fence are the overnight.

Reuters reported Monday’s strike killed at least one person and injured 10. A witness heard explosions Tuesday. That dispatch has no new toll. This photograph is the night’s rescuers, not a count.

Yemen

The Houthis said they hit Saudi oil lines.
