No Going Back PAC reserved $1.7 million in southwest Washington’s 3rd District, the Seattle Times reported Sunday. Trump-endorsed John Braun against Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, two-term Democrat. The buy is part of $68 million across 14 House seats and six Senate races. The States desk files Washington as a district Trump carried three times and a PAC that has now arrived.
MAGA Inc., with a war chest near $400 million, sits behind the new group. Braun, the state Senate Republican leader from Centralia, says he will run an independent campaign. She has won the district twice. Trump is broadly unpopular in the state. The ads will not be independent.
