Russian drones hit a border crossing between Ukraine and Moldova in Odesa region on Wednesday, killing two civilians and wounding three at Starokozache, Gov. Oleh Kiper said. Traffic stopped. A Moldovan driver was among the wounded. In Kyiv, a jet-powered drone struck a 24-story apartment house in Darnytskyi around the 11th floor, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said; nine people were injured in the capital.
